BCR-ABL FUSION TRANSCRIPT QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS
This qualitative analysis is intended for the initial diagnosis in patient suspected for Chronic Myeloid Leukemia or Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia for the detection of BCR-ABL fusion gene.
BCR-ABL FUSION [Major: e13a2 (p210) e14a2(p230)], QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS
The quantitative BCR-ABL RNA assay is intended to monitor the level of minimal residual disease in TKI-treated Philadelphia chromosome positive leukemias (CML or ALL). High or rising BCR-ABL RNA levels have been shown to increase the risk of leukemic relapse and drug-resistance mutations during TKI therapy.

PML-RARα QUALITATIVE DETECTION
This qualitative analysis is intended for detection of PML-RARα fusion transcript for the diagnosis of Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia.
PML-RARα QUANTITATIVE DETECTION
This test is intended for use of quantitative detection of PML-RARα fusion transcript for the diagnosis, detection of residual or recurrent and monitor the level of promyelocytic leukemia/ retinoic acid alpha in Acute promyelocytic leukemia patients.
